Cell Free DNA Extraction Kit for Metagenomic Next Generation Sequencing Kit 25 tests/ 50 tests uses magnetic beads with a unique separation function and a unique buffer system to rapidly extract mcfDNA from fresh or frozen plasma, easily achieving low concentration of trace nucleic acid extraction.

Methodology

Macro-genome next-generation sequencing (mNGS):the entire microbial composition of the collected samples was analyzed using high-throughput sequencing technology.
