Methodology
Macro-genome next-generation sequencing (mNGS):the entire microbial composition of the collected samples was analyzed using high-throughput sequencing technology.

Z microbial standards were used as test samples into 5 body fluid samples, and microbial DNA was extracted using this kit and Qiagen's similar products respectively, and the process of library preparation and sequencing was completed. The product was able to extract different kinds of microorganisms unbiasedly, and the number of DNA sequencing reads extracted was consistent with the performance of competing kits.
