Cell Free DNA Blood Collection Tubes for Molecular Diagnostics 10 ML uses EDTA anticoagulant and special protective agents to stably preserve cell-free DNA in blood for up to 14 days at 6-35°C. Preserved blood samples can be used to most commercial kits for cfDNA extraction to meet the needs of research and in-vitro diagnostic applications.

Blood samples were collected into 3 brands of preservation tubes, and the samples were placed at room temperature for 0, 3, 7 and 14 days to compare the hemolysis and cfDNA yield.
